The meeting came to order at 7:05 P.M. with the following persons present:
Members: Robin O’Malley – chair, John Bonazoli - Clerk, Jim Lacey, Andy Belliveau, Mary-Beth Foster, Reggie Tardif
Absent: Lisa Collin

The board discussed the options and concerns with purchasing a command vehicle for the Fire Department.  The board suggested the purchase not to exceed $16,000.   The fire Department said they could work with that amount.

Jim Lacey made a motion to accept Article 14 (ATM10-27) to purchase a command vehicle for an amount not to exceed $16,000.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and carried with a vote of 6-0.

The board discussed the financing of the Ladder Truck.  The article should appropriate $57,000 from Free Cash and $20,000 from the Stabilization Fund Jim Lacey made a motion to accept Article 13 (ATM 10-13) with $20,000 coming from Stabilization Fund and $57,000 coming from Free Cash.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 6-0.

A board discussed the financing of the Engine 5 Rehab.  Jim Lacey made a motion to accept Article 15 (ATM 10-28) to pay for the refurbishing Engine 5 for the sum of $40,000 from Free Cash.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 6-0.

Jim Lacey made a motion to accept Article 1 of the Special Town Meeting to appropriate a total of $200,774 from Free Cash.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 5-1.

Jim Lacey made a motion to accept Article 5 (ATM 10-05) to transfer the sum of $25,000 from Free Cash to the Capital Fund.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 6-0.

Jim Lacey made a motion to accept Article 20 (ATM 10-029) to transfer the sum of $14,175 from Free Cash for the purpose of inspecting adjusting, and rebalancing the unit ventilators and HVAC system of the Georgetown Middle High School.  from Free Cash to the Capital Fund.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 6-0.

Jim Lacey made a motion to accept Article 26 (ATM 10-31) to establish a Georgetown Conservation Restriction Fund.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 5-1.

Jim Lacey made a motion to rescind the previous motion to accept Article ATM 10-19.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 6-0.

Jim Lacey made a motion to accept Article 19 (ATM 10-19) to transfer $11,000 from free cash to purchase a new wheelchair accessible passenger van.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 6-0.

Jim Lacey made a motion to transfer $16,000 from the Reserve Fund into account 11511, Town Counsel Expense.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 6-0.

Jim Lacey made a motion to transfer $33,000 from the Reserve Fund into account 19131, unemployment claims.  The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed with a vote of 6-0.

Jim Lacey made a motion to adjourn. Reggie Tardif seconded the motion and the motion carried 6-0.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:37
